It has been noted with concern that regions are issuing different letters on the same subject to the employers giving rise to complaints. Some regions are using harsh languages while the others are using very polite worded letters. It is therefore decided that in order to streamline the different forms/letters only the standardized formats/letters as per specimen enclosed shall be used in general correspondence. However, in individual cases, the regions are free to enter into correspondence with the employers.

         This issues with the approval of competent authority.
